The replies were that the order was coming by the end of December or January respectively. They werw terse, unhelpful, lacking in detail and always untruthful.Īt the start of December 2016 and again at the start of January 2017, I sent in an email checking on the outstanding items in my order. In november I got a notification that some, but not all of the items had arrived, and so I was able to collect some of my items. So guys please don't be tricked into buying Atomic Candy products. Look at this for example: How could u possibly get this for S$38 when you know Funko Store don't even sell at such ludicrous price? (However, it is not fair knowing that they have no intend to get your Funko delivered to you in the first place) In addition their local store is so small that there is basically nothing to buy from them. Meanwhile, if you purchased their pre order from in their local store through cash and you asked for a refund, you will only get their in-store credit. That is what happened to one of my friend I recently got to know that dragged it out and get a S$20 refund off his S$100 item.Īlthough some might have claimed they received their products, from them most of them are the well priced item you see that made sense. What happen is that if you purchase from PayPal, they will keep dragging their so called ETA out till your buyers protection expires.Īnd if the buyers protection expires, good luck to you if you are lucky enough to even get a partial refund. Some other customers who purchased from him never actually get their item even after 6 months and one even after a year and still counting. I persisted and asked what is with the delay but only to receive his reply of "you will receive a call from me when item is reached". The original ETA for my item was early November and it ended shifting into late November and then to early December. None of the feedback given has to do with his sales on funko but some ad-hoc delivery service that he provides.Īll said, I tried my luck with purchasing one of his Funko with PayPal but he still refused to accept my offer saying that once item is received then he will accept it. So I have made an effort to contact some of the people who gave him a positive feedback. While it may seem that Atomic Candy has 42 positive feedback with 0 negative feedback but it seem rather fishy. Basically this app lets give your buyer or seller a feedback once an offer is accepted buy the seller. This app is very similar to how Craiglist or Gumtree operates.
